The Lincoln Theatre - beautiful, even after years of neglect

Few Improvements have been made to the Lincoln Theatre building since its grand opening in 1929.  Renovation will bring the theatre into compliance with current building code while preserving the building's historic character and distinctive design.  This portion of the budget includes Architectural & Engineering fees, contract overhead, and bidding costs.
